High School volunteers cut willow whips, bundle them, and store them during the winter.  Students then planted the whips the next spring.

Claudia is a reality, because of the dedication of many volunteers.  Inside of Claudia's mouth is a painted mural that includes a life-cycle of the Chinook salmon.  Claudia is 14 feet high and 29 feet long.

There is a myriad of activities and projects involving volunteers, and just a few are shown above.  Volunteers taking a scale samples, planting native trees and shrubs by riparian area, doing cleanup, and maintaining nature trails.
