2009 Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program - Application Materials

FRPP Easement Acquisition Information

Easement Checklist: 2009 Draft (DOC, 28 KB)
This FRPP checklist will be used for all parcels funded in 2009. This draft was last updated on March 27, 2009. The final version will be made available soon after the 2008 Farm Bill FRPP Manual is released. Please check back for updates.

Appraiser Disclosure Statement   (DOC, 26 KB)
All FRPP appraisals must be completed according the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for the Federal Land Acquisition (Yellow Book Standards). The appraisal must be completed by a Certified General Appraiser licensed to practice in the State of Oregon. The appraiser must provide a disclosure statement. This document provides suggested language to go into the disclosure statement.
