Computer Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) -- How To Submit A MAGIC Ticket
When You're Experiencing Computer Issues
MAGIC (a.k.a. Merlin) Self Service is used for requests for toner or
service for an inoperable printer, problems with a workstation, additional
software on a workstation, problems with a telephone, etc. The
employee submits a MAGIC request.
