SUBJECT:   General Manual – 190 – ECS-NRCS Policy on Compliance with NEPA

Purpose:  Rescinds Oregon Amendment OR4 of 190-GM OR4 (Part 410) and transmits Oregon supplement OR1 to the National Environmental Handbook (190-610).

Expiration Date:  September 30, 2008

EXPLANATION OF CHANGES: Oregon Supplement 190-GM, Part OR410, dated January 2002 is rescinded in its entirety.

FILING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove from 190-GM, Part 410 pages OR410-i (Table of Contents) OR410-21(1) and Exhibit 1, OR410-21 (2-7).

File Oregon Amendment to the National Environmental Handbook, page OR610-E-70.1 after 610-E-70.i and file OR610-E-7.1 in front of 610-E-70.6.

CANCELLED DIRECTIVES: Amendment OR4 (Part 410), dated January 2002.
